Pose of the Week: Supported Fish

Supported Fish is a gentle backbend that opens the chest, throat, and heart while inviting deep relaxation. I love this pose because it reminds us to breathe fully and let gravity do the work. It's a mini-heartspace reset for any busy day.

Benefits:

  • Opens chest & shoulders

  • Improves posture and counters desk fatigue

  • Encourages calm, mindful, breathing

  • Great for all levels

Watch for:

  • Avoid, or speak with your doctor, if you have serious back or neck injuries

  • Make sure you are supported

  • Keep knees supported if legs are straight

Enjoy SUPPORTED FISH by moving through this quick 10-minute mini-flow.
