Laura Motel, PhD
Laura, our founder, has over 20 years of experience practicing yoga. She is YTT200 certified and holds advanced degrees in communication and accounting. Laura's passion for yoga is contagious, and she brings that passion to every single class we offer.

Yogi Extraordinaire - Earth Yogi
Lisa Neumeyer
Lisa is a passionate, YTT200 certified, yogi who trained under a yogi master directly mentored by Iyengar. She wants to share her love of yoga with the wider community. In addition to spending time with her loving family, her hobbies include horseback riding and spending time with her pony, Pepsi. yoga , bike riding, kayaking, camping, weightlifting and traveling.

Ed Fugate
Ed holds a YTT200. His journey began in 2013 when he faced challenges with flexibility, questioned yoga's role in his life, and ultimately discovered that yoga is more about connecting mind, body, and breath than achieving perfect poses.

Lily Rose
Lily is certified in Yin Yoga as well as a writer and holistic wellness practitioner who loves sharing the gifts of mindfulness, meditation, and astrology. In her Yin classes, she gently guides students into a space of deep calm and presence, helping them find peace both on and off the mat. Astrology readings available with appointment under Intuitive Arts.

Valerie Boté
Val is a Registered Nurse, Holistic Wellness Coach, and Reiki Master Practitioner trained in the Usui/Holy Fire® III system. Her approach to healing was inspired by her own journey of self-discovery, where she learned that true wellness begins by reconnecting with your inner wisdom.
She believes that true health is more than the absence of illness—it's the harmony of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
