Rise with the Sun. Root into yourself.
Greet the day with Yoga on the bluff, where the rising sun meets mindful movement. As the light awakens the horizon, you'll awaken your body—gently flowing through postures designed to release tension, ground your energy, and open space for emotional clarity. Breathe with the breeze, move with intention, and begin your day centered, calm, and connected. (Class meets at bluff on nice days and beer garden shelter in inclement weather).
CHAKRA

Multi-sensory chakra-targeting yoga experience,
Balance a different chakra each week. Our unique classes pair yoga movements with visual, auditory, and olfactory stimuli to create a truly immersive experience.

Field Trip Friday Yoga is your weekly adventure in movement and mindfulness. Each class is themed and may take place indoors or out—on the bluff, in the park, or inside the cozy studio—depending on the vibe and the weather. We always meet at the studio, then set off together to wherever the practice leads. Expect creativity, connection, and a little surprise every time. It's yoga with a twist—come for the practice, stay for the journey.
HATHA

Stillness in strength
A classical style, known for longer held postures, detailed anatomical cues, breath techniques, and attention on guiding ones focus inward. This practice will benefit those looking build strength, length, endurance, and calm. All levels are welcome as each posture can be modified to meet beginners and advanced practitioners alike.  
HIIT Express
All Levels
High Intensity Interval Training
A unique 30-45 minute class mixing HIIT & yoga designed to stretch and strengthen the body. Alternates between short bursts of intense activity and periods of lower-intensity exercise or rest. Sessions are designed to maximize calorie burn, improve cardio fitness, & build strength in a short workout session. The intensity pushes your body to its limits, boosting metabolism even after the work out is over.
SOMATIC

Feel It. Flow Through It. Find Your Ground.
Somatic Yoga invites you to gently explore and release held emotions through flowing, mindful movement. This practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deep self-awareness. By tuning into subtle sensations and honoring the body's signals, you'll learn to move through stuck energy, face what arises with compassion, and restore harmony from the inside out.
SUNNY SATURDAY

Soak up the Sun. Breathe in the Weekend.
Sunny Saturday Yoga is all about starting your weekend grounded, open, and energized. When the sun’s out, we take our mats outdoors to move, breathe, and connect under the sky. When needed, we stay cozy indoors—but always bring the warmth. Each class is a heart-opening blend of mindful movement, breath, and seasonal inspiration. Meet at the studio and let your weekend unfold with intention, light, and a whole lot of sunshine. We always meet at the studio.
