YOGA FLIGHT

Each week try a new yoga style (ie, Laughter, Shadow) or theme (ie, Cultures or Myths)
Interested in different types of yoga styles or theme based movement with breath? Then this is a class for you! Each flight is a different experience! For this first edition, we will cycle through Shadow Yoga (Jungian-based), Laughter Yoga, Drumbeat yoga (rhythmic), Cultural (i.e., Ireland, Japan) themes, Norse and Greek Mythology (i.e., Loki "trickster" yin/yang style) themes.
