Assisted stretching is a hands-on yoga stretch session where your practitioner gently moves and supports your body through a series of asanas designed to restore natural movement. Unlike stretching on your own, assisted stretching allows muscles to relax more deeply. Many clients leave feeling taller, looser, and surprisingly relaxed. Options include a 25-minute EXPRESS or a 50-minute FULL BODY. Express (25 minutes) is a focused assisted stretching session designed to focus on your most overworked areas. Perfect for busy schedules or post-workout. Full Body (50 minutes) is a head-to-toe assisted stretching experience designed to improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and help your energy move more freely. Includes: • Personalized stretch sequence • Guided breathwork for deeper release • Focal areas • Express: Focus on one or two problem areas (hips, hamstrings, shoulders, low/mid/upper back) • Full Body: Whole body focus Perfect for: • Tight hips and hamstrings • Stiff neck or shoulders • Post-workout recovery • Long hours sitting or driving • Improving flexibility for yoga or sports No experience needed. Simply relax while we guide your body into gentle, effective stretches.
