In Chinese Medicine yin is described as calm, still, and quiet. Where yang is active, energizing, and fiery. This class combines myofascial release, acupressure, yin yoga, and strength training. A beautiful blend of tissue hydration, energy work, length, and strength. This is an all levels practice, as each strength building posture can be modified for any beginners.
