Service Description

This evening Vinyasa flow will allow you to cultivate a sense of calm. We start by building a strong sequence that incorporates hip and shoulder openers, twists, and forward fold. As the class progresses, you have the freedom to explore the same movements at your own pace, with minimal instruction. Expect a cool down that leads into an extended, restful savanna and meditation, allowing you to fully absorb your practice. We invite you to connect with your breath and let it guide you through your flow.
