Port Washington Yoga offers a unique 30-45 minute class mixing HIIT (high intensity interval training) and yoga designed to stretch and strengthen the body. This fusion class alternates between short bursts of intense activity and periods of lower-intensity exercise or rest. These sessions are designed to maximize calorie burn, improve cardio fitness, and build strength in a short workout session. The intensity pushes your body to its limits, boosting metabolism even after the work out is over.
